Blog post Catagories not Nesting

Hi, I have a static main page and then my blog page. I have of course a main menu for my static page and have created various categories for my blog, including nesting categories. For some reason my blog is not nesting these categories on the right hand side. Please take a look at the blog link at http://www.younglivingforlife.com and advise how I can fix this.
