Blog page empty

I had my blog page working fine and after changing the “scheduled for” date the page is now empty. Not just a white page but the black background with no copy or the one image that was with it. Everything is still showing in the Edit Posts in Dashboard.

Please keep it simple…I know nothing of code and I’m winging it close to the bottom of the learning curve.
