Blog not opening

    I have installed ninja-popup plugin into my blog. W3 total cache plugin asks me to “empty page cache” or “hide this message” i have clicked hide this message button but suddenly my blog was not opening now. Some changes are made in my .htaccess file but i can’t figure how what are the changes and how to solve this. Please help me.
