  • Your blog feed is here: http://www.ptlusa.com/blog/index.php/feed

Are you running a Windows server? Windows servers commonly put “index.php” before the pretty permalink slug.

Hi, yes it is a windows server that is running PHP.

When I click that link I get an error and it doesnt show my feed just says

“Safari can’t open the page “feed://www.ptlusa.com/blog/index.php/feed”. The error is: “The feed could not be loaded because the content is not in a known feed format.” (PubSub:2) Please choose Safari > Report Bugs to Apple, note the error number, and describe what you did before you saw this message.”

what would you recomend I do?

I think it might be a problem at your end. I was able to add your feed just fine to iGoogle.

Have you tried a different browser?

really what is it showing for you. because I added it to on differnt browsers like: firefox, google chrome, and safari.
Did you check to feed to see if anything was produced. Because I did notice when i did it in google chrome and firefox it let me add it but nothing was visible

Yes, your feed shows fine. Here’s a screenshot with the first post expanded:

Have you tried setting up a Google Reader account and then adding the feed directly from there?

thats so interesting. Now when you are accessing it are you going to that link or using google reader.

When I click on any feed link, a screen comes up in my browser asking if I want to add it to either my iGoogle start screen, or to my Google Reader account. I select iGoogle and then it gets added there.

I tried it in my google reader and it worked fine, but I was thinking it would work like the rss feed in my store does which is at this link feed://store.ptlusa.com/rss.php?type=rss&action=featuredproducts

instead of how this one feed://www.ptlusa.com/blog/index.php/feed gives an error unless your in google reader

At my end the two feeds act the same in my browser. I get a choice of iGoogle or Google Reader. Not sure what else to tell you!
