Blog Manager Plugin Trouble

I recently tried to better organize my blog page by installing plugin Blog Manager Lite. I followed the instructions and put it on my blog page. It worked fine. I try to open Beaver Builder to rearrange the page and it would not open/load. The only way for it to work was to delete the plugin and then it went back to normal. Anybody know of a simple blog manager or how to get this one working?
