You will need to contact your theme developer. The necessary code to display the page is missing.
I checked via google cache and found that your site is using Twentysixteen ver 1.4
Are you using the theme as is ? If the answer is yes, then just switch to other theme first and then delete the Twentysixteen theme from your WP and then download a fresh copy of it right there, and then switch back to this fresh copy of the theme.
Another method, just go to this link
https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/browser/twentysixteen/1.4/header.php
and click on “Plain text” at the bottom and you will get the header.txt, now open this file and then Copy All and then paste into your blank header.php and then save.
Try reverting the change you made to the header.php file. Does that restore your site to how it was before?
Thank you both…. paulwpxp I went with the second option. I copied and pasted the file, clicked Update File and this is the message I got at the bottom: “Unable to communicate back with site to check for fatal errors, so the PHP change was reverted. You will need to upload your PHP file change by some other means, such as by using SFTP.”…. I got this same message when I tried to enter the Pinterest code needed for verification. What does it mean?
Daniel I don’t know how to do it, can’t see that option…. Think I’ll try paul’s first suggestion.
Happy to report it’s all sorted now. Thank you all again for taking the time to help me out. Really appreciate it.
Hello.
I have the same problem with my site https://le-bien-etre-est-en-vous.com.
I tried to integrate my Facebook Pixel in header.php and pages are looking strange. I came back to this file and it was blank.
Thanks for your help
Marie
Hello! I have the same problem too. However, I am using Ocean WP for my theme. I wonder if @paulwp ‘s second suggestion will work on my issue too. if I use the same link.
