Blog has been wiped!

Please help. My blog http://www.standingnakedatabusstop.com has been operational since last May. I’ve posted many posts, have lots of comments and have had over 2,500 hits since September. Today it seems I have lost everything. There is nothing there at all and my admin page is saying I only registered today. I’m freaking out.
Please help!
