Blog does not load

It has not been working for the past 2 days and displays a blank screen only. I’ve contacted my host and they haven’t been able to get back to me what the problem is, but it might have to do with an unsupported version of PHP code.

I can’t remember what version I was using, but I was using the Emphaino theme and haven’t updated my WordPress for a long time. I can’t even log into my Dashboard now. Does anyone have any idea what I can do now, perhaps access some files by FTP client?

Appreciate any help as this is a critical issue for me and I can’t seem to get any help from my host!
