• Someone was working on my blog and put the feedburner url into the field for blog url in general options. Now I cannot log into to the blog because it redirects to feedburner. I cannot get in to change the setting and I have searched the code for “feedburner” and the url that was entered. I searched to code of the entire site and cannot find what needs to be changed to restore the blog to at least function again.

If you have phpMyAdmin, you should be able to get the site back.
This is what I have done before:

    1. Your database username and password are in wp-config.php
    2. log onto phpMyAdmin with username and password
    3. select your database
    4. wp_options table
    5. edit option 1 siteurl
    6. Go back and login to your wordpress dashboard
    7. double check your settings->general URL’s are now correct.
    8. Since wordpress address and blog address can be different, I have made a small change to the title and changed it back just to be sure all of the settings are right.
