Hello @amira89,
Well that’s for sure not a theme issue.
Try to contact your server/hosting provider, most likely you have some issues with permissions.
Hello @amira89
I can certainly say that this cannot happen because of a theme. A theme cannot affect the WordPress dashboard, or your published posts or pages.
There must be something that’s interfering with your setup. Perhaps some rogue plugin?
If you simply want to get rid of Blocksy, use the Uninstall theme button inside the Appearance -> Themes section.
Thanks
Hello @eduard
I did that, but after I uninstall it, I return to my dashboard and I found it on my dashboard.
I set it up for the first time Blocksy companion and it make my dashboard not working for a while.
and I have to log out and log in again so I can access my dashboard.
I also tried to install another theme after I installed my WordPress again.
this message appear at the dashboard and I didn`t install blocksy again
“Thanks! You should receive an activation email for Blocksy Companion to your mailbox Please make sure you click the activation button in that email to complete the install.”
and I didn’t receive anything in my mailbox.
Hey @amira89
That’s definitely a hosting problem, like my colleague said earlier. It is impossible for a theme to “show up again” after it has been uninstalled. That’s not how WordPress works!
I suggest you contact your hosting for this one to see if they have some aggressive backups in place, or perhaps some security policies.
Thanks
