    Hi,
on several sites, I am encountering an issue where the firewall prevents multiple plugins from fetching updates.
A developer of one of the plugins suggested that the firewall might be the cause. I disabled the firewall on one site, and the updates were successfully retrieved.
Could you take a look at this? Or perhaps advise me on the best settings to use so that I can still keep the firewall active?
    Best regards,
    Kerstin

    Hi @kerstin3494729501,

This should not be a general issue, as it has not been reported by any other recent users. Could you please let me know how the plugin update was performed and which plugin update caused the issue?

AIOS → Firewall → PHP Rules has several settings that could potentially cause a conflict. Could you please disable the following settings and check if the issue is resolved?

AIOS → Firewall → PHP Rules → WP REST API
Disallow unauthorized REST requests: Please uncheck this option and save the settings.

AIOS → Firewall → PHP Rules → URL Security
Deny bad query strings: Please uncheck this option and save the settings.

AIOS → Firewall → PHP Rules → String Filtering
Enable advanced character string filter: Please uncheck this option and save the settings.

AIOS → Firewall → PHP Rules → 6G Firewall Rules
Enable 6G firewall rules: Please uncheck this option and save the settings.

After disabling these settings, please check whether the issue still occurs.

    Regards
