Hi,
This was intentionally deprecated since core has a solution for this. You can manage your blocks from your preferences in the block editor.
I hope that helps,

Will that affect performance, though? I mean, will the core functionality disable it in a proper way?
Hey,
Kadence never loads block info on the front end of your site unless you are using the block. So you don’t need to disable a block to improve performance which means disabling doesn’t effect performance because in terms of front end performance it’s already optimized based on which blocks you are choosing to use. Disabling just keeps your block input screen cleaner if you prefer that.
I hope that helps,
Ben
