I have wordpress installed on a domain with active Ninjafirewall. Now I want to install wordpress on a subdomain, but Ninjafirewall will not let me, it appears blocked.

Temporarily disable the firewall from the “Plugins” page (or the “Firewall Options > Firewall protection > Disabled” menu).
    Re-enable it after the installation.

Okay, thank you very much for the clarification. Then I have to install it on the new wordpress? Or is it already installing the other wordpress?

Yes, you must install NinjaFirewall on each site.
