Blocking Google+ Users

    Is it possible through this plugin to block Google+ users. I blocked them through my Google+ account but I’m not sure if they will be blocked when I am not logged in to G+ or using another browser.

    If the commenter needs to be linked with me through G+ to post through this plugin, then that would probably solve the issue. Does it only allow linked comments, or is it open to everyone?
