Blocking clients

    Is it possible to create something like a blacklist? Some clients fail to show up after booking, so I need to block them from making future reservations. At the same time, the block should only be removable—and the client bookable—manually.
    P.S. For functionality like this, I’ll buy the premium version of the Amelia plugin right away)

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    There is no blacklist feature, but Amelia has a built-in option that allows you to block a specific customer from making future bookings. You can find it under Amelia → Customers. Open the three-dots menu next to the customer you want to block (or open their profile) and enable the block option there.

    Once blocked, the customer will no longer be able to complete a booking through the front-end form.

    The block will remain in place until you remove it manually; there is no automatic expiry.

    As an administrator or Amelia Manager, you can still create a booking for that customer manually from the back end.

    Blocking a customer is available in every Amelia license, including the entry-level Starter plan. It is part of the core customer management on the Customers page and is not tied to a specific tier.
