Blocked myself out

    I added some ip address for remote access via the REST Api.
    Now I am unable to access the login screen of the site.
    I deleted the plugin and every reference in the options table.
    Still being blocked.

    Swift Performance Lite caching was preventing the block from clearing.

    Usually it is a caching plugin or other caching solution that does not play by the rules.

    Although I’ve not seen a plugin yet that also caches the backend.

    I will check Swift out and add it to the non compatible plugins
