Block translation doesn’t work in some cases

    Please bear with me as I am not proficient at all when it comes to WordPress:
    In certain parts of my website, some block translations do not get updated.
    When saving the translation, I see the “saved” confirmation, in the editor tool on the front end, I see the text correctly displayed in French. However, when I then go to the specific page or simply refresh the editor front end page, the relevant text is no longer considered as a block and the translation section is blank, I no longer see the manual translation displayed. I do see the translation suggestion in the memory box below.
    It seems it does not work for text with various fonts and/or styles, although it does work in some cases (I unfortunately cannot tell the difference to explain why it works in some cases and why it doesn’t in others). This pertains to text in “Textual Project Showcase”.
    I deleted the cache and tried all the troubleshooting options, to no avail.
