It’s not possible to change that with the MailPoet plugin out of the box.
However, you can use Google reCAPTCHA instead to avoid separate page load for CAPTCHA page: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/182-add-captcha-to-the-mailpoet-subscription-forms

Hi @treibalen we need a separate page for the confirmation message too. Could MailPoet not default to a Page template? At least there is less chance of comment form or post meta (template parts) affecting the look of the page across different block themes…
