    Hi,

    -after the update to 2.6.2 the account form and the profile forms not displaying , have been waiting for update, and after update to 2.6.3 the result is the same, (will go back to 2.6.0 which is fine)

    -in block editor: contains unexpected or invalid content>attempt block recovery>block rendered empty

    -in classic editor: shortcode is there, but nothing shows on page

    (with or without caching plugin, theme: GP)

    I checked my local site and I haven’t this issue. Could you try to do a conflict test – https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/96-how-to-do-a-plugin-theme-conflict-test?

    I have done tests today:

    1. only UM plugin 2.6.3 and GeneratePress theme: account page and profile page are blank pages, registration forms and member directory are displaying normally
    2. only Um plugin and 2017 theme: same result
    3. only UM plugin and 2023 theme: same result
    4. hosting on Siteground, php 7.4.33

    Could you enable WP_DEBUG_LOG and check errors?https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

    I have done that today on a staging copy (with UM updated to 2.6.3) with WP Debugging plugin. There were no errors shown for UM plugin, there were some errors for one appointment plugin, and that was all. The account page, and profile pages were empty.

    Try to create a test page(not account and profile) and add the these blocks and check.

    um account page
    block editor>block rendered as empty>empty page
    classic editor>shortcode>working>account is there,
    (works with shortcode block in block editor too)

    profile page/3 types of profiles, one is admin
    block editor>profiles not displayed
    classic editor>shortcode>admin profile shows up;
    the other two profiles do not

    test page
    block editor>block account is working>account is on page
    classic editor>account working

    block editor>admin profile works as a block>displayed on page
    the other two profiles do not

    classic editor>shortcode>admin profile works,
    the other two profiles do not

    Hello @zinkab

    Sorry for the late answer.

    Could you create a fresh staging site (not a copy of your main one – just fresh site) only with the UM (2.6.7) and the default theme and check blocks there (please do not send me any credentials for this staging site)?

    I think I understand the reason for this issue. We will try to fix it asap.

    Please use shortcodes (not blocks) for account form on account page and profile form on profile page.
