    My site has been hit by registration bots for a while. I changed the name of the registration page and the unwanted registrations stopped. But I’m afraid that it will start again when they find the new page name.
    Because of the amount of registrations I blocked automatic approval of users.

    Is it possible to stop bots on the registration page? fi:
    AIOWPS uses a honeypot on the standard WP form but I don’t want to use that form. Can a honeypot be set for the PR registration form?

    Any other suggestions are welcome!

    Hi,

    You can use math captcha and Google reCaptcha (v2) in your PR registration form. Honeypot feature is available in PR paid version.
