Block proxy services from accessing a site

    I need to block certain countries and individuals from viewing my site. I know how to block individual IP addresses in my .htaccess file but would like to also block proxy services like proxify, hidemyass, megaproxy etc. (there are hundreds of them).

    Does anyone know how this can be done?
