Block moving handle

    Hi,

    Some further testing of the block editor and I see a small issue common to many section/row type blocks. Once I put blocks into the columns it is impossible to hover and get the handle to move them around, move them to another column or move them out of the row.

    I think this is a general Gutenberg design issue.

    Hey,
    yes it’s an issue with Gutenberg, you can’t move a block out of an inner block unless there is one to leave.

    So for example if you duplicate the block then you can move one out, the handle will show. Or if you click enter/return and create a new paragraph block to there are two blocks in that column then you can move one out.
