    Hello,

I have classic editor installed along with classic widgets and the remove gutenberg plugin. My editor is defaulting to the Visual, clicking Text takes me to what looks like the classic editor but when i type in code and hit update it reconfigures the code and removes html references and replaces it with an “nbsp;” it also messes up everything in the div. How can i make this stop, i just want to add an html reference to divs. I also tried to work with the text editor in the new block editor but that turned out to be worse. I have all the newest stuff, latest wordpress version, php version, everything is brand new, i just started building a week ago, please help, thanks!

Edit: ive been building wordpress websites since 2016, the theme is Fino.

Edit 2: going into users>edit>check the box disable visual editor fixed the problem!
