Could we please have an option to enable Dark Mode for writing directly on the Block Editor of WordPress?
Perhaps to set typography colour of light grey and black background or something like that!

There are several plugins for this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/dark-mode/
If you would like to see this as a feature in WordPress, especially for blocks, I would recommend contacting the Gutenberg team: https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues – I suspect this issue is very similar, but is currently still awaiting implementation: https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/48249
