block editor ?

    Hi, are you not able to drag and drop a block inside the edit area? if so there is a conflict with another plugin.

    Try on the browser the combination CTRL+SHIFT+I to open the debugger and select the “console” tab. Reload the page and look for errors, usually reported in red.

    If you can share a screenshot we can look at them together.

    I disabled almost all plugins. No solution. No conflict.

    When I start a new newsletter , I can choose the type of newsletter, with some predefined blocks. I don’t understand how to add a new block …. maybe a silly question …

    Have you tried to drag and drop a block?

    Yes, it is not possible to drag and drop, the mouse cursor has changed to 4 arrows, north, south, east, west. See the picture above.
