By selecting that you want to block certain pages on the Pages tab of the settings page of iQ Block Country and selecting those pages you want to block.
Posts can be blocked/deblocked by doing pretty much the same thing on the categories tab. No individual posts can be blocked/deblocked this goes per category.

I want to block a certain post/url. you can add fields for this under post or category setting page of plugin
Also could you define shortcode for section of post text?
