    @robertridpath,

    Thank you for using Icegram.
    We have setting in “Targeting rules” where you can select on which pages you want to show message.
    Please select “Selected Page” in Where targeting rule after that select only those pages where you want to display message.

    Are you referring to a use case where user have to fill popup form first then only he will be able to see page?
