• I have some questions:
    – My website is in two langfuages, both are shown in the POS. Can I restrict the POS to one language?
    – I would like to see only the main categories in the POS. Can I create a tab where the man categories are shown without all the sub categories?
    – when I create a tab for a subcategorie it shows no prodicts in the POS

Thanks for reaching out to us.

On the language support. The POS supports the WordPress Translation workflow as the standard for plugins: https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/point-of-sale-pos-woocommerce/

The POS will display a language based upon the WordPress > General Settings > Language selected, if translations are available. If the POS is showing up in multiple languages, are you using a plugin for translating the front-end? We suspect this is occurring and it’s handling the POS as a front-end website page, you may need to restrict the /pos URL and block the translation by the plugin.

On the second part of your question, we support a several filters to create custom tabs in the POS, here is the list and supported syntax:

    all
    cat-list
    cat:[category name] For example, cat:hoodies
    onsale
    featured

For the subcategory not showing, please review and verify the correct syntax is being used as described here.

I hope this information is helpful.
