Blank wp-admin page

    Hi! I am trying to access my admin page, but when I enter my url: paperandstringdesign.com/wp-admin the screen is blank. I admit I am not very tech savvy, so any advice would be appreciated!

    I have done a bit of research as to what the problem may be, and have cleared my cache and cookies.

    You can find more info in server’s error.log
    some bad script is running on your dashboard, try to disable all plugins
    by renaming wp-content/plugins folder on server to something else

    I can login, but it is another blank page.

    You may try these regular troubleshooting steps:
    – deactivate all plugins and see if the problem persists. If it solves the problem, activate plugins one by one until you find the problematic one
    – revert to Twenty Twelve theme and see if the issue is theme-specific
    – delete any inactive plugins
    – reinstall WordPress manually from a freshly downloaded copy except wp-content. Do not overwrite files/ folders but delete them before reinstalling.

    Use FTP or your hosting control panel as you cannot access dashboard.
