Blank White Screen

    Hello
    I just installed the latest version of wordpress out of box on Godaddy.com.
    Every once in a while, I will get a blank white screen upon logging in to the Dashboard as admin, or when I update a theme setting, or a page.
    My php is set with memory limit of 128M for this new install.
    Can you advice how I can figure out the resolution?
    I have tried installing and reinstalling from scratch more than 5 times now over 2 days. Would appreciate your help or pointers.
