Blank Top Bar, Cannot Edit

    Hello Everyone,

    I’m having an issue with the Hestia theme (I think), instead of creating a nav bar via the menus section, i created a template from Elementor. However, the top bar (which i have attempted to get rid of, including disable top bar and custom css) is stuck in place at the top of the page above my nav bar.
    I cannot find a way to get rid of it.

    This is a screenshot of the issue. Any thoughts?
