    `Hi,

    I have created a Landinpage on my Dev Domain and Export the Template. After that I imported it on the client’s page, but somehow the plugin doesn’t seem to work for him. When I click on a widget, I don’t see any options in the sidebar. All design settings have been reset and the design looks ugly.

    It can’t be because of memory limit, have 512MB set.

    What is the problem here?

    Hi There,

    From your screenshot I can clearly understand that the Elementor widget is not showing when you select the icon box widget. To solve this issue first try to change the theme to a default wordpress theme or Hello theme by Elementor.

    If that fixes the issue then the problem is occuring from the theme. But after that, if the issue still persists please share your system info from Elementor > System Info (screenshot).
