Blank Space on Modern Theme

I recently swapped my website’s theme to the Modern version of Customizr and it created blank spaces on my pages that had forms made by Caldera Forms.

For example, in the link – http://davidjlouie.com/claim/ you can see blank spaces between the drop down selection and the submit button. When you select the options from the drop down the options show up in different sections of the blank. I’m assuming the page is hiding what needs to be hidden but is still showing the blank space as if the hidden forms are still there.

Previously when my website was still on the Classic Customizr theme, this problem didn’t occur. Anyone know any solutions? I read around and maybe this can be fixed with a custom css code? Unfortunately my knowledge of coding is limited so any help would be greatly appreciated.
