Blank Space for Pages with Multiple Conditional Forms

Hello,

Forms that I create with multiple pages using conditional logic to hide/show forms depending on user selection is creating blank space on the page.

It seems like the page is detecting the forms that are hidden and leaving it as a blank page. For this page, http://davidjlouie.com/claim/ there are huge blank spaces near the bottom where a drop-down select is present.

I’m not sure if this is a form problem or a theme problem. I did some research and it seems like others who encountered this problem was able to solve it with some sort of custom additional CSS. Unfortunately my knowledge of coding isn’t the best so any help is very much appreciated.
