I see that you’re having an issue with setting up Google Listings & Ads, and you get stuck between steps and get sent to a blank screen.
I also see that you have tried doing the troubleshooting steps from the guide, but that didn’t fix your issue.
Can you please provide us with more information on this so that we can have more context?
Firstly, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Next, can you please let us know if you see any errors during the setup process, or if there are any logs for Google Listings & Ads under WooCommerce > Status > Logs?
Once we have this information, we can move forward to the next steps of troubleshooting.

I resolved this defect by setting up the merchant account in Google! I returned to WordPress after addressing Google and this plugin progressed from step 1 to 2 without error.
