Blank Redirect Page

    Hi
    I am using NEX-Forms v5.7.13 and I am struggling to get the email working. When a form is completed by a user and they click Submit a blank page appears with a 0 in the top left corner.
    I am using the latest version of WordPress with OptimizePress theme.
    Please assist.
