Blank page when I login | WordPress.org

Since I downloaded the latest version of WP i cannot login to my page. All I get is a blank page. I asked all administrators on the page and they get the same thing. What to do?

Restore a backup and deactivate all plugin before update

But now it’s too late to do that and I can’t even login.

My homepage is working. I just can’t login to the userpage so I can work with it.
