There are a few threads talking about i-themes security (Formerly Wp Better security= being the culprit with these blank pages. I was starting to think it was super cache, but reading your problem I see that that is most likely not the actual problem. I haven’t heard of any conflicts between i-theme security and WP super cache so I’m at a loss. I’ll be switching security plugin soon if I don’t get this resolved for sure. It seems I’ll have to disable one of them regardless. This is not good for visitors.

I would really like the “follow this thread” checkbox would be checked by default. This post is just to subscribe. hehe.
HI JKBrennan,
I’ve found a solution. Desperate I switched to W3TC. The problem was still the same. But then I found the option that was causing the problem.
Try to tick off all the “Enable HTTP (gzip) compression” under the “browser cache” section. It should word nicely.
I haven’t tried with WP Super Cache. Maybe there is the same kind of option.
Ooh, compression. I did read something. Not sure what I have it set too. I’ll check that asap. Thanks for letting us know. 🙂
Supercache has only one checkbox. Serve compressed files to visitors… I checked that and it indeed seem to work beautifully. Yikes, can it really be that easy? Well, I’ve been updating several posts sadly outdated just now without a single hiccup. 😀 Thank you! I will not hold my breath because I am a wordpress pessimist but it sure seems to work fine so far.
Just for the sake of information that’s probably useless; I did read the supercache debug log and I found it interesting to see what happened just at that point of blanking out.

I have no true idea what that means and why serving gzipped files would be different than a non gzip. But that’s simply because I’m still a fumbling idiot around WP. I’m just glad it works.
It didn’t last long. Clearing the cache seems to do it wonders, but it doesn’t fix the problem. anyways, I was about to remove i-themes so I started with unchecking all the tweaks before disabling. I thought I’d try for a bit and the site runs smooth with no more problems. Exactly what tweak might have done it I’m not sure. I might recheck them one by one and see what happens. 🙂 Think I am on the right trail though finally.
maybe give a try at W3TC and untick the sam option as me.
