Blank page error

I am trying to add media to page but I get this error when I click on edit options for page

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'msie' of undefined

Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).live is not a function

I tried deactivating all plugin issue still persists.
I am on 5.6 version of wordpress please help
