blank page after save

    Hi, first, thank you for this plugin. It has saved me on more than one occasion.

    I can open adminer inside/outside no problem and use sql commands and view my database but any time I decide to edit table, add row, edit contents of cell etc, upon save it redirects me to a 404 page and doesn’t save. I’ve tried both save and save and keep editing option. This happens on more than 1 site with different hosts and different themes.

    Maybe a problem with the namespaces. Can you retrace this and set before the constant WP_DEBUG to TRUE inside the wp-config.php.
