    Hi everyone,

    I have some problems with ultimate member. When I active it, i can’t modify or create pages. I need this extension to make a part of the website private. Can you help us ?

    Ultimate Member plugin does not prevent the administrator from creating and editing pages.

    Please clarify a problem. Do you see a blank white screen? This may happen if a PHP error occurs on your website. I recommend you to enable debug logging then get error details from the log file. Follow instructions in this article to enable debug logging: https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1751-enable-debug-logging

    Hi Yurii,

    how resolve this issue, when you don’t have access to the files ? Our website is hosted, by OVH. Do I use File zilla ?

    It’s not entirely clear from the description at the beginning of the thread what’s wrong. Could you provide more details about the issue?

    Reputable hosting providers typically provide users with various tools, such as a control panel and FTP access. You can use the FileZilla Client if your hosting provider allows FTP access to your website.
