After activating the plugin, the browser gives a blank page and the site is no longer responding (visitors get a blank page / HTTP 500 Internal Server Error).
Using a checklist I figured out that the problem resulted from the Bol.com partnerprogramma plugin.

I use WordPress 4.0 with the Responsive theme.
