I am at my wit’s end. I am in the process of building a new site. Everything is fine if you view it on a desktop but the mobile browser just shows a blank, white page.

I have tried different devices, is, and Android, different themes (I am trying to use the Sydney them. I have other sites using that theme with no issues) I have also tried many browser…ie Safari, Firefox, Chrome.

I have tried shutting off Jetpack but that didn’t help the issue. Am I missing a setting? I have very few plugins since the site is still under construction. I also called Godaddy who said nothing is wrong with the DNS…etc.

    Any ideas?

When I click on the URL you provided, I get the following warning in FF:

    Your connection is not secure

The owner of ardmore.uponthesquare.com has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.

Identify exactly which theme you are using and then post in that theme’s dedicated forum via its page in the Theme Repository.

I’m having the same issue using Phlox theme in wordpress. My mobile site only shows my header and burger menu. When you click on the menu items, each page is blank. Home page is blank below the header, too. Did you ever figure out a solution?
