Blank form

Thanks for reaching out!

I had a look at your form and noticed that none of the fields are currently set as required—that’s why users can submit it while leaving everything blank.

To fix this, you’ll just need to set the fields you want to be mandatory as required. Here’s how:

1. Open your form in the Form Builder.
2. Click on the field you want to make required.
3. In the Field Options panel on the left, toggle on the Required option, as you can see in this screenshot: https://a.supportally.com/i/8kH1ip.

Once enabled, users won’t be able to submit the form without filling in those fields.
