Blank Emails

Hello,

I’ve noticed that recently I’ve been getting emails through contact form from customers, but only their email and subject is visible, not what they wrote in the message. I’ve tried using the contact form myself and what I wrote in the message field is visible to me as a sender in an email, but completely blank to me on a receiving end, it’s like I didn’t write anything at all. Any idea why it might be behaving like that?

Hello,

Yes, I’ve checked the FAQ before posting, but my fields are looking alright (https://imgur.com/a/7CNrcz9). Also, it used to work normally before, but stopped in recent months I guess (didn’t have many inquiries over the form so it took a while to notice).

What stands out is that the sender gets the copy of the message as they wrote it, only us on the receiving end see it blank. I triple checked tags and they are just as before when they worked.

Any other suggestions perhaps? Thanks for your help!

Sounds like you are using both Mail & Mail2, though you only supplied your Mail settings for 1 of these.

Using the same email address for both From & To can cause problems on some hosting. Other than that the settings you supplied look OK.

Yeah, sorry, didn’t link the settings of Mail2 since it works, but here it is: https://imgur.com/a/bRz9yNJ

Even if it is up to the hosting, not sure what to do to fix it though :/
