    Hi @lukedouglas,

    Usually if this happens, the plugin can’t properly communicate with the REST API of your website and therefore can’t load the settings/dashboard and such. That’s why reinstalling the plugin does not change the behavior either.

    If you provide an URL to your website, that’d allow us to have a look if REST API is accessible. You can also check the browser console (CTRL + Shift + C) when visiting the plugin’s dashboard to see if there are any related errors.
