I tried just now, it still doesn’t work.
just FYI – ‘strong refresh’ in Safari is “shift+click” on the Refresh button.

I have been having this same problem and nothing works. My blog front page is fine–you can see the posts, look at categories, etc. The problem is, none of my admin pages are working. I replaced my wp-admin directory, and I’ve searched all of the other posts and haven’t found a solution. Is it just my host? Should I just wait a day and see if it works later?
Okay, I had Bluehost do a restore from Wednesday, and the problem is still there. The funny thing is that it happens in Firefox and IE. Should I try to go another week back? I know that my site was working fine on Wednesday, so it shouldn’t still be a problem. Could it be something else that I’m not seeing. I am fairly new at this, so please help me!
