Blank admin page after installation | WordPress.org

I just did a fresh install of WP. Install was successful. I can see my page at http://www.thehomebasedbizguide.com but I cannot login into any of the admin pages with the password I was given. It shows up as a blank page when I login. I change my password and it did not work still. However when I delete the database and reinstall it I can access the admin. After I logout, I can not access it again.

My domain error log show the following information
——— PHP Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/thehome/public_html//wp-includes/classes.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/thehome/public_html/wp-load.php on line 43 ————

and when I checked, the file was there. Please any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Typically, a blank screen during/after install means you didn’t get a complete and intact set of WordPress files uploaded to your host. I’d consider downloading a fresh copy of WordPress from the Download tab at the top of this page, then use something like 7-Zip to extract the files. Then reupload the files to your host. Review Uploading WordPress to a remote host and make sure you are using ASCII transfer mode in your FTP client.

If you have an .htaccess file, that too could be causing the problem–rename that if necessary.
