Black Underconstruction box

    The black box when Under construction is enabled will not go away when I click on the red X. Covering area I need to work on. How can I get this box to disappear?

    Hi,
    If the X does nothing, it would indicate JS problems on that page. Did you notice any other JS-related features not working? Can you please provide a URL so we can have a look?
