BIzarre cron issue with Super Cache

Hey, I’ve been trying to set up Super Cache for the past day and something very odd is happening. If I’m logged into the WordPress Dashboard, then all scheduled SC activities run normally. However, it seems all automated mechanisms stop as soon as I log out. Even weirder, all late crons will run as soon as I log in. I’ve provided some output from the debugger. Any help would much appreciated. Thanks! Also, the cache files are to expire after 60 seconds, and the collector is suppose to pick them up every 90 seconds.
